Refund & Return Policy



At Elspeth & June, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to feel right. If something isn't quite what you expected, here's how we can help.



🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and packaging included.

  • The product must show only normal handling — items damaged through misuse or neglect are not eligible.

  • For hygiene-sensitive items, the product must be clean before being returned.

  • If the item is defective, the issue must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns are reviewed within 7 business days. We will notify you once your return has been approved.



We do not offer free returns. All return packages must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking or to an incorrect address will not be accepted or refunded.



🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or customs) do not qualify for a refund.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or intentional tampering will not be accepted for return.



If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will not issue a refund — instead, we will send you a replacement product (the same item or one of equal value) free of charge. Please contact us with a photo of the damage so we can resolve this quickly.



⚖️ Right of Withdrawal

As a Canadian consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.



Please note:

  • The 14-day cancellation period begins from the day you (or an authorized person) receive the last item of your order.

  • Because orders are processed and dispatched automatically, cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped. If you change your mind after placing an order, please wait to receive the package and follow the return steps below.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please email us at:

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and shipping address



Please wait for our team to confirm the correct return address before sending anything back. Items sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.



💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding any shipping charges) within 14 days.



Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
