At Elspeth & June, we want your shopping experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekday mornings are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
🚚 Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 8–12 business days across Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada.
Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, any delays caused by the carrier are outside our control. We are unable to issue refunds for delivery delays once the order is in transit.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees. We believe great products should reach you without unnecessary extra costs.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive this email.
Some orders may show international tracking updates before being handed off to a local Canadian carrier for final delivery. This is normal and does not affect your estimated delivery window.
